This is a great post workout shake, but it's slam full of calories. It's a recovery smoothie, not a diet smoothie! Has all the good you need to recover after a hard workout, and tastes like you're getting away with something. Can also be a quick meal replacement.
You'll need a blender for this, I love me some Ninja shit. This is the one I have, but a smaller, personal sized one gets the job done for cheaper (without the awesome option to make huge shit. . . like Margaritas for getting your wives smashed)
Playlist: The news, because hopefully you're getting ready for work, you bum.

Grocery list
1 Banana
2 Tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon flax seed (or chia seeds)
1 tablespoon Cacao (not cocoa, you're not making hot chocolate here)
2 Scoops Protein Powder (I prefer vanilla, and I like this brand, personally)
Throw in some glutamine and/or creatine if you're really serious
Okay, got the shit, now what?
Now, I don't measure shit for this anymore, I just eyeball everything, but I know how I like it (I usually use a lil' more peanut butter, and always always always overfill the GatDamn cup. . . wife is right, I never learn)
Tear apart your banana (or cut it up if you just looooove doing fucking dishes and you're a fucking prude, I mean. . . it's going in a blender for Uncle Pete's sake), then put in all your powders/seeds, then peanut butter/yogurt (there's a reason for this order, asshat. You want all that shit to settle in there towards the bottom, otherwise you're struggling to get the rest in the cup because you overfill it like this asshole does)

If you have room, get some ice cubes in there, then fill with water WAY past the 'Max Fill Line' because you're stupid.
Blend that shit.
Drink that shit. Get ripped, get swole, get sexy.
Tips you didn't ask for but I'm telling you anyways:
Couple things to do here. I like to break apart my 'naner into about 8 pieces the night before, put it in the blender cup, then put that cup in the freezer. In the morning it'll be nice & frozen, no need for ice. My blender tends to heat this up a bit, and it doesn't make me as happy as when it's icy cool.
I also typically make all my shakes the night before and stick 'em in the fridge, then before morning workout, put it in the freezer to chill it a smidge more. This also helps motivate your lazy ass into doing the workout because otherwise you're gonna waste all your shit for your shake, and this shit can get expensive.
