Supplements

I only recommend supplements I take myself, have tried/currently taking, or have done through research on. I am by no means a doctor, and you should consult your doctor before taking, changing, or trying any new/drastic supplement and/or dietary changes.
I'm simply a 'biohacker' (not a fan of that term) trying to get the most out of my life, and anyone else that wants to thrive!
Supplements to help you thrive
01
One of the most studied supplements on the planet! Incredibly safe. Known as the "body builder's" supplement due to it's aid in muscle development & recovery, but it helps drive energy to muscles. . . and guess what? It does the same with your brain! 5g a day for muscle, 8g-10g a day for cognitive benefits!
03
The Sunshine vitamin, D, is created by our bodies when exposed to sunlight, however, even when we do spend time outdoors, we're often 90% covered up by clothing, and missing out on many of the benefits of it. Supplement with these drops, along with magnesium above for improved cellular health
05
Powerful antioxidant, and the 'healthy part' of red wine. Reduces inflammation, reduces blood pressure, many anti-aging benefits such as improving skin elasticity and protecting against oxidative stress by removing free radicals, which can damage other healthy cells
02
About 75% of Americans are magnesium deficient. This is mostly due to depletion of nutrients in the soil, that is (or isn't) passed onto our food, & our food's food. Get a full spectrum of magnesium supplement, and it works with vitamin D and K (the next one in this series) for maximum absorption!
04
Crucial in protecting cells from damage, and immune support. Reduces oxidative damage, especially in the brain, increasing cognitive function & memory, as well as assist in energy production at the cellular level. Good anti-aging as well, by improving skin tone & texture from the inside
06
I'm rather brand-loyal on this one, Perfect Aminos makes a great amino acid, which are the basis of protein. Taking these little pills replaces nearly 30g of protein, but with zero caloric intake, so it will not break a fast, and especially for you ladies, 30g of protein 1st thing in the morning is crucial
