Creamy good, all the bad for ya. That's how you know it's tasty. Gonna spend some time in the kitchen on this one, but it's worth it.

Ingredients
1 - 16 ounce box of large elbow macaroni, or spiral pasta (and enough water to boil it, if you have to measure how much water you need to boil a box of noodles, you shouldn’t be in the GD kitchen) 3 tablespoons butter 1⁄4 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper 2 1⁄2 cups milk 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated 1⁄2 lb Velveeta cheese 1 cup smoked gouda cheese, grated 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Some paprika (smoked paprika is where it’s at)
How do I do this?

Oven to 375 (or if you’re a real American, put it in the damn smoker with the meats)
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta. (it’s 7-9 minutes, it’s always 7-9 minutes)
In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. I said large sauce pan. . . you're gonna dirty another pan if you don't listen now.
Stir in flour, salt, mustard and pepper until smooth; take off heat.
Mix in milk until smooth. Stir constantly for about 10 minutes on medium heat until thick. Take off heat (when Milk is involved, never stop stirring)
Stir in 1 & 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, all Velveeta cheese, all Smoked Gouda, and all Mozzarella, you can toss it back on heat & keep stirring until it's all melted together. Remove from heat again.

Put cooked macaroni in a greased disposable foil pan (stock up on that shit) pour cheese mixture over and stir the shit out of it. Sprinkle paprika and leftover Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes (or smoker like I keep f(@#%ing saying for 2hrs)
